1. Information accuracy

We work hard to keep impact metrics, prices and product information up to date. Figures marked "as of May 2026" reflect Kyuka's self-reported pilot data and may change as operations grow. Independent verification reports are linked where available.

2. No investment advice

Content on the Investors page is provided for information only and does not constitute an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities. Investment decisions should be based on the formal investor pack and your own due diligence.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful information through our forms.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the website or scrape data at scale.
• Do not infringe Kyuka's trademarks, logos or copyright without permission.

4. PAYG service

Kyuka cooking gas, cylinders and Pay-As-You-Cook plans are governed by a separate Customer Agreement signed at sign-up. Use cylinders only as instructed during safety training.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ugandan law, Kyuka is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Kampala.

7. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
