Kyuka Ventures Innovation Hub Ltd. ("Kyuka", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Inquiry data you submit via our contact form: name, email, organisation (optional), inquiry type, and message.
• Customer data for PAYG service: name, phone, delivery address and Mobile Money payment confirmations.
• Technical data: anonymised page analytics (pages viewed, device, country) — no advertising trackers.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, deliver the service you requested and provide customer support.
• To operate our PAYG cooking service, including refills, safety follow-ups and billing.
• To improve our website and report aggregate, non-identifying impact metrics.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

3. Storage & security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls. Inquiry records are private and accessible only to authorised Kyuka staff for the purpose of responding to you.

4. Sharing

We share data only with: (a) processors strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting, Mobile Money providers), and (b) regulators where required by Ugandan law.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing sonkojamal0@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 14 working days.

6. Retention

Inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Customer service records are retained as required by Ugandan tax and consumer-protection law.
