Day-to-day executive team
See the full team and bios on the About page. The executive team meets weekly; the safety committee meets monthly; the board will meet quarterly once seated.

Safety committee
Reviews every reported incident, signs off on customer training updates and approves new hub openings against a written safety checklist.
Impact & ethics
Owns the metric register, signs off on what numbers are published, approves independent reviewer scope and reviews supplier conduct.
People & inclusion
Oversees fair pay, gender balance in hires, collector cooperative payments and grievance handling.

We are deliberately appointing advisors before raising the next round so the seats are filled on merit, not on the cap table.
